These soft and cosy cashmere scarves are handmade in Nepal exclusively for Freedom Road. I first went to Nepal in 2017 to volunteer and have been working with this local business, Helping Hands, ever since.
Cashmere goats are brushed for their wool, not shorn, then it is spun into spools of yarn and hand loomed by hearing or sight-impaired young people at Helping Hands, an organisation established just to provide young adults with disabilities with work.
The quality is exceptional and these scarves will make your outfit pop. Throw it around your neck in the chill or use it to accessorise your look.
