From time to time people email asking questions about their purchases, or sometimes you just want to know stuff before you order, so we've put together a list of frequently asked questions and if you don't find the answer to what you're looking for here, drop us a line or catch us on Facebook messenger.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge $5 shipping anywhere in New Zealand for any item under 3kg. You'd have to by the whole shop to weigh more than that!
How secure are my details?
This store is on the Shopify platform, which is on a secure server. You can confirm that by noticing the URL above includes https (s for secure). The payment section is completely secure and we never see your credit card, bank account or Paypal details. It goes directly between the payment platform and your account.
Can I lay buy?
Yes you can! We are members of Laybuy and you can choose that option at check out then set up an account with them (if you don't already have one). You will pay it off over six weekly installments and we will be paid in full immediately and send items straight away. There is no extra cost to you, we cover the fees.
How long will my items take to arrive?
Because we don't drop ship from China or anywhere else around the world, we can deliver your items within 2-5 working days in New Zealand. Often it's overnight.
Do you accept returns?
Our clothing is mostly one size, but those sizes vary depending on the manufacturer, so please make sure you've read the sizing for each product. However we know that sometimes things just don't look right, so we do accept returns for a store credit which has 12 months for you to find something else. We provide refunds or replacements on all faulty items.
